A senior executive at market intelligence giant S&P Global said that massive cryptocurrency for traditional assets is fast approaching, thanks to crypto technology.
In a new interview on Scott Melker’s YouTube channel, Chuck Montes, the company’s director of DeFi, said he believes all assets will eventually be tokenized over the long term.
Mounts says Standard & Poor’s, which has annual revenue of more than $8 billion, is preparing for such a trend.

“We believe that turning everything into code will happen. Who can anticipate the subtle twists and turns on the way there? But in the meantime, we want to make sure that our organization is able to deliver the services and products needed to highlight industry risks and enable shareholders to make informed decisions.. .
In the long run, we think coding everything will happen, but in the range from purely centralized to purely decentralized, my personal opinion is that we will always end up in a mixed space.
Mounts anticipates a huge turning point in the crypto space next year as institutional investors will start flooding the space after gaining regulatory clarity.
