Nor distractions of all kinds that corrupt the mind…

Knowing that they have already subscribed to several newsletters…

How can you become the only person you should follow?

The one whose emails are so good people like?

whose pen is so captivating that people are waiting to see it again?

honestly, It’s a matter of life or death.

Because, you know, we sell via email.

However, it is not the end of the world…

…because there are dumb tricks to creating a good newsletter.

I say “stupid” because even an 11-year-old can apply it.

These tricks?

I’ve discovered, tested and refined it throughout my career as a copywriter.

For about two years, I had the opportunity to work on fairly large blogs, and on topics as diverse as numerology or finance…

…which allowed me to see in the field (and not just in theory…) what really works.

And on top of that, I’ve seen what works in even the most rinsed of attributes, like Make money online.

But before we talk about it, promise me one thing:

Don’t use these methods to sell sh*t.

By “me * de” I mean products that promise magical and effortless results, as well as outright steals.

We are in a democracy after all.

Tip 1: Invent the difference

Let’s play a little puzzle:

If 95% of emails look like this:

Do we read it?

Are we looking forward to them?

Not right.

However, most emails today look like this.

❌ No visual editor.

❌ No picture.

A soulless tone.

❌ Boat tip.

The sentences are written in very small.

And that makes sense, when you think about it.

Most people do what is simple and intuitive.

I say: Fatal error.

If we want to stand out, we have to do things that are not easy.

More elaborate things, which require more creativity.

In short: We have to invent the difference.

So… I can already see criticism pouring in:

“Yes, but in order to succeed, you have to imitate those who have succeeded.”

“If all people do the same thing, it must work!”

“I have always been told not to reinvent the wheel!”

However, inventing the difference does not try your luck.

It replicates what works, but in a different way.

It innovates on the basis of what already works.

Do you see the idea?

For example: Stories have been shown to be of interest to humans.

Other than that…the marketers who tell the stories, there are actually some.

To distinguish yourself, you can:

👉 Tell your current adventures

👉 Draw a comparison with a great event in history.

Tip #2: Write letters, not emails

This is the kind of newsletter that makes you vomit.

Seriously: Who likes to receive this kind of handout?

Not me anyway.

And your readers probably won’t.

On the other hand, if you just received a letter from a friend who went on vacation to Brittany, you will read it with pleasure. And you will be impatient to read the next part. incorrect ? 🙂

Writing a letter instead of an email is writing something intimate.

Not an intimate situation: “I noticed yesterday that I lost my hair. »

But the intimate situation: “Dear X. I hope you had a good morning. Today I would like to talk to you about…”

Personally, when I was a copywriter, I noticed something:

Writing in a personal tone sells.

It was semi-systematic.
