What we are looking for
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing digital marketing plans, strategies and campaigns to promote Duvernois Creative Minds’ brands, products and services. It plays a major role in improving brand awareness in the digital world, as well as increasing traffic and customer experience on websites and supporting customer acquisition strategies.

To achieve her goals, the Director of Digital Marketing will report to the Marketing team. She will also have to work closely with internal teams, including members assigned to the brand management, creative team, public relations and communications, customer experience, sales, finance and operations.

responsibilities

  • Manage and develop specific digital strategies for each brand and campaign according to the set goals;
  • Manage broadcast plan and schedule for all digital platforms, in placement of ads and membership;
  • Manage budgets and develop performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement corrective measures;
  • Managing the performance of advertising campaigns and adjusting targeting parameters;
  • UX/UI optimization management for websites;
  • Implementation of a technology hour and platform optimization allowing better references for SEO and search engine marketing;
  • Lead reporting efforts and present findings to the management team, with plan recommendations;
  • Analyze best practices, digital trends, consumer behavior, markets and competition and return with business plans;
  • Support the relationship with digital distribution partners and media partners.

Qualifications and skills

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing or any other field considered relevant;
  • An undergraduate university degree in Marketing or any other training considered relevant;
  • Must be proficient in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.;
  • Must have a solid understanding and practical experience in the world of digital media including SEO, SEM, social networking and newsletters;
  • Must have good knowledge of content management and media buying platforms;
  • You must have a good knowledge of the electronic universe;
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication in French and English;
  • Must have the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital world and the ability to think like a consumer with a focus on strategic, analytical and creative thinking over outcomes;
  • You must have experience in managing personnel (advantage).
