Currently, our mentoring platform is used by many organizations and we want to continue to conquer the world! To achieve this, we are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant.

Job Description :
The mission of the Customer Experience Consultant is to support and engage Elo Mentoring customers and users in order to ensure an optimal mentoring experience on our web platform.

The consultant has an advisory role to play with our clients in reflection and management in the implementation of their mentoring initiatives. This person works directly with customers and users to ensure that they get the most out of our products and services.

This person will have to supervise and work closely with our Customer Experience Agent.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordination of the integration of new clients;
  • Undertake customer satisfaction follow-up and play an advisory role in guiding them;
  • Participate in the design and lead of virtual coaching activities related to mentoring for our various objectives: trainees, mentors and mentoring program coordinators;
  • keep customers informed of changes to the products they use, new features and novelties that may be useful to them;
  • Design and implement engagement strategies in line with our strategic planning, customer vision and user experience;
  • Supervising the team responsible, training, mobilizing and advising them to achieve the set objectives;
  • Planning and coordinating the production and delivery of digital content intended for collaborative user-customer collaboration;
  • Continuous evaluation of the performance of customer and user interaction strategies;
  • Stimulate creativity and innovation for growth within your team.

Desired qualities and skills:

  • Be customer oriented, passionate and ready to provide exceptional customer service to clients and users;
  • be able to lead training;
  • Possess excellent promotion and presentation skills;
  • Ability to assess and understand user and customer issues and needs;
  • The ability to show empathy.
  • Be independent, organized, take the necessary initiative and show team spirit
  • Being able to adapt and perform in a changing and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in technologies, SaaS and inbound marketing, an asset.


  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and customer experience;
  • Experience in a business consulting role, whether with users, employees, managers, or in managing client accounts;
  • Have an interest and knowledge of mentoring and mentoring programmes;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills;
  • Fluency in French and English.
