Challenges we present to you:

Under the authority of the Head of Loyalty and CRM, the incumbent will be required to:

  • Ensure optimization, management testing and implementation of weekly personalized campaigns such as personalized newsletters and personalized loyalty offers;
  • Work with marketing and business intelligence teams to create and improve business rules for targeted offerings;
  • Ensure quality monitoring of targeting files and package of offers as well as emails sent every week;
  • Monitor campaign performance and collect customer feedback and questions in order to suggest improvements to be made or tests to be tried to improve campaign results;
  • In collaboration with the Business Intelligence team, submit campaign results to the organization (data on campaign performance, offers and categories);
  • Develop and implement IGA email subscriber acquisition strategies;
  • Monitor the performance of initiatives and suggest improvement strategies to improve the cost of acquiring eligible subscribers;
  • Manage email rollout schedule and keep email sections up to date and compliant with policies;
  • Support the loyalty team on any special projects as needed;
  • identifying process improvement opportunities;
  • Design and propose display structures for approval of potential clients.

What we are looking for:

  • Two years of experience in a marketing/loyalty role, with experience in Relational Marketing (CRM);
  • Experience analyzing campaign data for optimization purposes;
  • adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written);
  • Experience in the food or retail industry is an asset.
