The challenges we present to you:

Under the supervision of the Local Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for advising merchants of IGA Signs, Tradition, Bonichoix and Rachelle-Béry in the implementation of local marketing activities.

More specifically, the candidate will be required to:

  • Analyze various business opportunities (real estate project, competitor presence, sales development, market project, etc.) and determine the best intervention plan, as applicable;
  • Verify the appropriateness and feasibility of interventions with retail operations and various stakeholders;
  • Inform the merchant of the intervention plan and involve him in the implementation of the procedures;
  • Oversee the implementation of plans with various stakeholders while respecting set budgets and deadlines;
  • Supervising the work of the project coordinator and contributing to its development.
  • Measure actions, make recommendations, and share results with various collaborators in the form of post-mortem;
  • Support the development and implementation of “testing” initiatives for various signs.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Have a university degree in Marketing, plus a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience (experience in an advertising agency is an asset);
  • You are proficient in office suite and have good knowledge of retail;
  • You are known for your dynamism, independence and good stress management;
  • You have good strategic vision and good political skills;
  • You love working in a team and distinguish yourself by your ability to communicate effectively, in both English and French (orally and in writing);
  • You are available to visit our stores from time to time.
