Work summary

The Content and Social Media Manager is involved in developing, implementing and updating communication strategies on various digital platforms in order to contribute to the impact of the company and its artists.

responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Content Manager will be responsible for:

Planning and developing creative content calendars for various digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.);

Develop, write and publish high-quality content that respects Éloi’s brand tone and image and ensures its consistency on social media; Monitor company accounts and provide constructive interaction with users;

Coordination and capture of visuals respecting the tone and image of the Éloi brand, in the field during certain productions;

Create various graphic elements to accompany publications;

Play an advisory role in social media strategy and actively participate in the communication and content creation strategy for the artists represented by Eloy;

Manage monthly and interrupted newsletters and blogs calendar and ensure they are designed and written.

be responsible for the evaluation of communication actions (analysis and measurement of audience and traffic), on all platforms;

Conduct strategic and competitive intelligence on the web and social media in the advertising, production and design sector;

Assist the marketing and sales team in creating various communication tools;

Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Facebook Insight), produce reports and suggest recommendations;

Prepare monthly reports on emerging trends and participate in the improvement of policies and procedures related to the use of social media (style guide, terms of interaction with communities, etc.);

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media as well as new technologies;

Support the marketing team in all other related tasks.

Requirements

Undergraduate education in marketing, communications, multimedia or other related fields;

1-3 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation. Agency experience (an asset).

Demonstrable experience on existing and emerging social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)

Excellent skills in writing engaging content, ability to clearly define and write the goal of the letter;

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French;

Knowledge of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Adwords, Keyword Planner, Facebook Insights, Mailchimp, CMS, Adobe Photoshop

Sense of initiative, independence, resourcefulness, creativity, dynamism, interpersonal skills, curiosity, judgment and attention to detail;

Ability to organize work and manage priorities.

Good ability to analyze and synthesize;

Excellent mastery of social media and the intricacies of different platforms;

Ability to self-train and keep abreast of changes in fee standards from different social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)

Possess a vehicle and/or a valid driver’s license;

Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
