The Collège de Maisonneuve is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to join the Communications and Enterprise Development team.

As the person in charge of digital marketing, the person will be required to develop and implement strategies to promote the offering of college programs to small and large clients, in accordance with strategic directions.

As the person responsible for digital marketing, you will be required to develop and implement strategies to enhance the college’s program offering to youth and adults, in accordance with strategic directions.

  • Develop digital media plans aimed at tangibly stimulating digital transformation for the college’s various clients;
  • Ensure that digital campaigns and initiatives are fully created and implemented, their performance is measured, recommendations are made and actions are implemented for continuous improvement:
    • Translate business goals into digital marketing goals;
    • Create and communicate marketing objectives and programmes;
    • Ensure creation and management of campaigns (email, AdWords, Facebook, etc.) in accordance with editorial guidelines, budgets and deadlines;
    • Writing ad scripts for various digital campaigns (Facebook ads, LinkedIn, writing newsletters, etc.);
    • Develop and implement a search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to increase the visibility of the Collège de Maisonneuve on the web to ensure maximum exposure;
    • Managing digital marketing results, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting;
    • Provide recommendations and take the necessary actions to achieve them.
  • Providing a digital marketing advisory role in web projects in close collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) team:
    • Analyzing the needs of target customers;
    • Suggest indicators, tools or other measures to be developed to measure the performance of sites and cooperate in their implementation;
    • Ensuring improvement of website performance and user satisfaction using various tools (user experience testing, page movement report, etc.);
    • Develop content creation strategies to convert visitors into potential customers.
  • Keeping abreast of new developments in the digital landscape constantly to find ways to produce content and achieve business goals more effectively;
  • Participation in various public relations activities (open houses, school visits, etc.).
  • Perform other related duties.

Required qualifications
Possess a university degree in Marketing or Communication with a major in the digital field,
E-commerce, interactive communication, or a related field.

Has a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position.


  • Fluency in French orally and in writing. The person must pass the written test;
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords, Display Network, YouTube), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads;
  • Knowledge of email campaign tools;
  • Good knowledge in search engine optimization.


  • Knowledge of technologies associated with managing websites (CMS, WordPress);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML;
  • Knowledge of Website Accessibility Standard (SGQRI 008 2.0);
  • Content creation skills and marketing automation knowledge;
  • Google testimonials.

Salary and hours
a wage : $44,671 to $74,842 per year;
courier : Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
