With its members located throughout Quebec, Réseau Technoscience’s mission is to stimulate and transmit a passion for science, technology and innovation among young people while encouraging the emergence of a new generation of scientists. Each year, our diverse programs reach nearly 150,000 young people at the primary, secondary and university levels.

your contribution

Under the direction of the Director of Communications and Partnerships, you will participate in outreach to the Technoscience Network and its many science programs. More specifically, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of our digital ecosystem, in addition to serving as a Community Manager and Editor. You will also contribute to the strategic development of our communications and will coordinate the production stages of the various promotional tools (print, videos, etc.) under your responsibility.

Your main responsibilities within the team

  • Act as a social media strategy consultant and actively participate in the implementation of the digital communication strategy;
  • Manage the presence of the Technoscience Network on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok);
  • Design (write, review and adapt) engaging written and visual content. Maintain editorial rigor in compliance with Technoscience Network fee standards and brand image requirements;
  • Identify best practices for analyzing and measuring performance, evaluating the performance of published initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends on social media and conduct strategic intelligence;
  • Ensure that the Technoscience Network website is managed and actively involved in its improvement and development;
  • Coordination of newsletter calendar and newsletter writing;
  • Contribute to the design of integrated communication plans, defining goals and ways to reach them, and strategies for distributing content on traditional and digital platforms.
  • develop and ensure the production of promotional materials under your responsibility;
  • Participation in the organization and success of various events (press events, Quebec finals, etc.).

Your strengths

  • Proficiency in oral and written French. English language proficiency;
  • Advanced knowledge of the major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok) and excellent mastery of the subtleties of each;
  • Knowledge of SEO and UX writing principles;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp and Google Analytics;
  • Rigor and accuracy.

you are carrying

  • University university degree in an appropriate discipline: Communication, Marketing, or other training relevant to the position;
  • At least two years of experience in similar positions.


  • Experience within a non-profit organization;
  • knowledge of the education sector;
  • Knowledge of photography, graphic design or video editing.

  • Annual salary ranging from $46,912 to $52,800, depending on your experience and skills;
