Job overview:

To support the Impact Programme, the Campaign Marketing Manager will develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns aimed at improving business results and gaining greater visibility for pilot impact projects. The person we are looking for will work with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations, design the perfect 360 campaigns, and oversee the management of each project in its entirety. All this while ensuring quality and on time execution.

Challenges to be faced:

  • Oversee comprehensive campaigns, from strategy development to project management, to results measurement.

    • defining strategies; Plan and design integrated marketing campaigns that will support Impact’s business goals and key priorities (developing market entry strategies to launch new products, increase awareness and visibility, acquire new customers, and generate more repeat and increase loyalty among existing BDC customers, etc.).
  • Executing, sequencing and organizing multi-channel campaigns utilizing all available resources (email, social media, events, web, value-added content, digital advertising, customer contact center, PR, etc.).
    • Supervising the implementation of marketing campaigns and selecting the channels that allow each of them to obtain the best possible results.
    • Work closely with different teams i.e. teams responsible for branding, advertising, external and internal communications, content marketing and digital experience; to provide Summary / s Campaigns to create related resources, tools and software.
    • Liaise with regional marketing teams and field teams to ensure optimal spread across regions.
  • Overseeing campaign analysis and preparing reports for impact assessment.
    • Setting goals and overseeing the preparation of reports until completion of campaigns.
    • Link marketing and communications metrics to business impact.
    • Make recommendations on the campaign process and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Adopting the Agile method to increase collaboration, speed of implementation, and impact:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of experts, ensure continuous improvement and iteration at every stage of a project or campaign and maximize collaboration within the team.
  • Provide recommendations on the design and implementation of MarCom campaigns for continuous improvement.

    • Work closely with different teams: Branding and Advertising, External and Internal Communications, Content and Digital Experience teams, providing campaign briefs to create relevant campaign assets, tools and software
    • Liaise with field marketing and regional teams to ensure optimal deployment in regions
  • Overseeing campaign analytics and preparing reports to measure impact:
    • Setting goals and overseeing reports through campaign completion
    • Determine the relationship between marketing and communications metrics and business impact
    • Make recommendations about the campaign process and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment
  • Adopt an agile approach to increase collaboration, speed, and impact
  • Lead a functional team in CSS of subject matter experts, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration at every stage of the project/campaign, increasing collaboration within the team
  • Provide recommendations for the design and implementation of a Marcom campaign for continuous improvement
