DXP Editor enhances and extends its functionality to allow companies to get a file 360 degree full view° CUSTOMERS across all points of contact
Ibexa, publisher of the B2B Digital Experience Platform (DXP), today announced that it has reached an agreement with Raptor Services to license its Customer Data Platform (CDP). Both organizations belong to the QNTM group and this is a major collaboration of the two sister companies. This agreement will expand Ibexa’s offering and improve B2B marketing and sales.
Bertrand Mougins, CEO of Ibexa says: “In B2B, the digital buying process usually involves many stakeholders, on average around 11 people but that number can be as high as 20. So organizations want to make sure they have a supply Complete for all customer touch points, which CDP will provide.CDP integration aligns with our vision to have the best features in one place, helping to simplify B2B digital transformation.
Consolidated real-time information at the individual and organizational level, and the ability, for example, to customize offers and predict customer volumes, give companies the ability to maximize profits and minimize risks.
“Raptor CDP combines all customer data from multiple sources into a single view, creating a truly personalized experience for every customer,” said Jeppe Godske Olsen, Partner Manager, Raptor Services. You learn and understand your customers’ behaviors and are able to unify their journey from a single source. Additionally We take pride in the way we protect their data, which enhances customer confidence and adheres to current data protection standards.
Businesses will be able to combine the core functions of Ibexa DXP: content, expertise and trade with CDP, making it possible to offer new capabilities for segmentation and personalization, up to the level of customers they interact with.
The planned release of this integrated product, which will be called Ibexa CDP, will be at the end of September and will be compatible with Ibexa version 4.2.
