Job title
Under the authority of the Head of Loyalty and CRM, the incumbent will be required to:

  • Coordinating and implementing the development of targeted offerings with the aim of improving our value proposition and increasing sales;
  • Coordinating the implementation and programming of targeted promotions and special offers with national teams;
  • Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, operations, and merchant teams as well as external loyalty and promotion agencies and partners to secure approvals and ensure that marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly for the target audience;
  • Support the development and implementation of personalized customer journeys and marketing strategies that support our loyalty and promotion programs;
  • Ensure implementation of weekly newsletters from IGA and Rachelle Béry as well as targeted marketing strategies with specific clients;
  • Support the analytics team by providing them with the information they need to analyze targeted communications and personalized offers;
  • Be the point of contact for various requests and manage weekly priorities with a loyalty program partner;
  • Coordination and control of the development of multi-channel campaigns (e-mails, mail, cash receipts, SMS, etc.) and production of advertising and promotional pieces for the target audience up to the publication of print and electronic communications;
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders for material production;
  • Providing merchants with information related to the implementation of targeted marketing programmes;
  • Support the loyalty team on any special projects as needed;
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities.

Work requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/loyalty role, with experience in Relationship Marketing (CRM);
  • Bilingual French and English, spoken and written;
  • Experience in the food or retail industry is an asset;
  • Experience in Relational Marketing (CRM);
  • Good relationship management.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Optimizing campaigns based on results;
  • the ability to lead several projects simultaneously;
  • Independent and ability to work under pressure.
