Valtech has announced the appointment of Annie Gendreau as Director of Experience, Mélanie Roth has evolved into a VP Global Marketing position, and David Ostigny has joined Valtech as lead content.
Annie Jendro becomes Experience Manager
Annie Gendreau has worked for over 15 years in marketing and customer experience across industries. Annie graduated with an MBA in Management Consulting and a Forrester CX Champion, and her strategic vision
Standardization of leadership.
Having started her career in marketing communications in the financial sector, Annie has developed Énergir’s customer experience approach and Videotron’s comprehensive channel approach to customer experience.
As Lead CX at Valtech Canada, Annie has been responsible for developing the Montreal office’s offering and practices and leading customer experience strategists. In particular, she contributed to the development of the customer experience strategy at CAA Quebec, SQDC and Investissement Quebec.
Her appointment as Director of Experience now gives her the responsibility to align Valtech’s driving forces in customer experience, design, creativity and marketing to create experiences that bring brand promises to life. It will also solidify Valtech’s position as a test leader in North America.
Melanie Roth progresses to Vice President of Global Marketing
After cutting her teeth at Mediative Agency, where she evolved as a digital marketing specialist to the position of Managing Director, Mélanie Roth put her strategic skills to the service of National Bank as Senior Director of Strategy and Marketing. She had a mandate to lead the digital transformation of the bank’s marketing practices.
In less than three years at Valtech – an international agency focused on corporate digital transformation, Mélanie has gone from VP of Marketing and Innovation to VP of Global Marketing and M&A. His main role will be to support new and future acquisitions around the world to achieve the ambitious growth plan and thus contribute to the global growth of Valtech.
David Ostigny joined Valtech as main content
A recognized expert for 18 years in digital strategy, David is a HEC Montreal Graduate in Communications and Marketing. Throughout his career, David has gained experience in managing brand, product and content as well as developing cross-platform campaigns and managing a team.
David cut his teeth by starting at Sid Lee, then joined Bleublancrouge Agency as Interactive Consulting Director where he worked for big names such as Clarins, Burger King and Toyota. He then joined Infopresse as he evolved from a content planner to marketing and web manager.
He then worked successively at TVA Group, at Postmedia Network, Bell Media and finally at Valtech as main content. His creativity, strategic vision and leadership allow him to be results oriented and contribute to the enrichment of the already talented content team at Valtech.
