We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to help imagine, develop and implement social media strategies for our clients.

The required person will be responsible for participating in the realization of various social media initiatives and contributing to the improvement of digital media investments on social media for our clients.

Description of customizations

The job holder will be called to perform the following tasks:

  • Contribute to the creation of social media strategies for our clients in different fields of activity (many non-profit organizations, food, etc.)
  • Building and following publication schedules, writing and scheduling publications in French and English in line with strategic objectives
  • Interact with the community, responding to various messages and comments on our customers’ social media accounts
  • Perform sponsored post boosts and work with a digital marketing analyst to improve paid campaigns
  • Analyze the performance of social media initiatives, write performance reports, and provide recommendations and innovative ways to improve for our clients
  • Lead the design and development of visuals and videos with our creative and content team
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative, Production, Content and Digital Marketing team
  • Ensuring competitive audits and regular editorial control: electronic reputation monitoring, media monitoring, checking accounts of our clients, etc.;
  • Assist in developing strategic documents, such as marketing plans and communication strategies as well as participating in brainstorming sessions

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or any other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency or in the context of managing various client accounts
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Ability to adapt his pen to the client’s editorial strategy
  • Independence, initiative and a great sense of responsibility
  • Proactive and rigorous in implementing strategies
  • Knowing the trends and requirements of social media platforms in the organic and permanent monitoring of updates and innovations in the field
  • Compulsory bilingualism (oral and written)
  • Previous experience creating and implementing strategies involving influencers or partnerships in content production (an asset)
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (an asset)
  • Master Facebook Business Manager and different paid optimization options like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok (an asset)
  • Knowledge of content integration in various mail tools and CMS (an asset)
  • Knowledge of digital performance analysis tools like Facebook Insight, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Leadership, curiosity, team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a stimulating and results-oriented agency environment
