The Bell Media team produces and broadcasts the best Canadian and foreign content on its digital media, television, radio and outdoor advertising platforms. We are looking for innovative, crowd-oriented people who are eager to increase exposure to some of the country’s most recognizable brands in entertainment.

Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications (35%)

  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising and promotion strategies while managing communications between the Company and our clients.
  • Lead the design, development and production of the Bell Media brand for sales stakeholders, including brochures, sales tools, advertisements, promotional materials, partnerships, etc.
  • Provide coordination and market leadership for various opportunities, partnerships and events between companies.
  • Develop innovative and impactful sales communication plans and materials, including implementation of internal and external promotional materials (texts, presentations, newsletters, etc.).
  • Identify digital needs (web, social media, email marketing) and oversee the creation, implementation and evaluation of all initiatives and campaigns.

Sales Support (35%)

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of all tools for the sales force and each of its divisions (media kits, price tags, brochures, and presentation templates) and ensure that they comply with Bell’s fee standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of agency tours.
  • Work closely with senior sales team leaders in developing sales materials and events.
  • Cooperation in the development and production of events for clients.

Special events (20%)

  • Manage and participate in all marketing elements required to ensure successful product launches, programming initiatives, customer events and sales incentive programs.
  • Participate in the development of any Bell Media sales event as required.

Basic skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in business marketing
  • Experience in the media industry is a great asset
  • The ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from start to finish (establishing overall strategy and plan, writing creative reports and overseeing creative development: budget, management, schedule, logistics, assignments).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital communications, including the social media landscape, measurement and reporting.

  • Support concept development and implementation of agency tours
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders in developing sales materials and events
  • Cooperation in the development and production of customer events

  • Participate in the development of any bell media sales events as required

Critical Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Trade Marketing
  • Experience in the media industry will be a strong asset
  • Creative problem solving
  • Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish (developing overall strategy and plan, writing creative briefs and overseeing creative development, budgeting, management, work responses, logistics, and engagements)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital communications including the social media landscape, metrics, and reporting

Sufficient knowledge of French is required for jobs in Quebec.
