Named “Brand of the Year” by Strategy magazine in 2021 for its “Long Live Tanners” campaign, the Children’s Foundation is looking for a senior advisor, digital strategy and direct marketing who isn’t afraid to “think differently.” Looking for a good reason to get up in the morning? The position of Senior Advisor, Digital Strategy and Direct Marketing plays a vital role in delivering the organization’s annual campaigns that raise more than $3 million annually. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing digital acquisition strategies to increase the number of annual donors. This person will also support the development of the Foundation’s Donor Renewal Program.

The person in the role has experience developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, is data-driven, and enjoys seeing conversion rates, impressions, and other metrics. This person is motivated by actions and tangible results, he is organized and able to manage multiple priorities.


Professional Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and systems such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Email Marketing, Google My Business, Adwords, Google Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of production (content marketing, SEO / pay-per-click, automation, SEO) and measurement (analysis, dashboard, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of optimization techniques and management of digital media KPIs
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other popular web languages
  • Excellent ability to write digital content
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all aspects of digital marketing, and stay abreast of new developments and trends
  • Knowledge of Adobe tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Original)


  • University degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Charitable spirit and ability to understand donor interests.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
