Why do we need your help
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating, planning and implementing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for growing our audience and driving greater engagement with our community on whatever platform you see fit.
With a proven track record in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the mechanics of each network, you will work alongside an international team of people across multiple departments in Nice and London.

Your main missions
• You will develop and implement our social media strategy in line with the company’s short, medium and long term goals.
• You will be responsible for managing all existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Strava, Komoot, Pinterest) and determining whether they are suitable for communication on other platforms.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest social media practices and technologies
• You will create and manage online content using a business plan. You will work closely with the copywriter and in-house graphic designers to ensure that the content is relevant, engaging and innovative.
• You will define social media KPIs and measure the success of each campaign, the goal is to generate traffic on the merchant’s website.

Compensation and incentives
• Between 28,000 euros per year and 32,000 euros per year
The exact compensation will be determined based on skills and experience
• Location in Nice (near Riquewihr station)
• Annual bonus on company performance up to one month out of your total salary
• Additional benefits: Flexible working hours, possibility to work remotely, choice of computer, two complete cycling sets per year, 50% discount on all our products up to a maximum of 1,000 euros per year

  • You will develop and implement our social networking strategy in line with the company’s short, medium and long term goals.
  • You will be responsible for managing all of the existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Strava, Komoot, and Pinterest) as well as deciding if you want to add new and emerging platforms to the mix.
  • You will be up to date with the latest social media practices and techniques
  • You will create and manage social media content aligned with business and marketing plans. You will work closely with the copywriter and in-house graphic designers to ensure that the content is informative, engaging and innovative.
  • You will define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of each campaign, as the goal is to generate web traffic, leads, and revenue.

What will you bring?

  • + 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience creating social media or PR campaigns for a sports apparel or brand
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Strava, Komoot, Pinterest and all social media best practices.
  • Understand SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with social media reporting and management tools
  • Familiarity with web design and graphics
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communication skills

Basic Payment Range

  • €28,000 per year – €32,000 per year
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
