Placing him under the responsibility of the Director of E-Commerce, Communications and Information Systems, he ensures the development of awareness of our brand and the growth of sales volumes from the web channel.

It will also serve for Internet project management, click to call, CRM, or other product information management.
Propose, organize, implement and monitor the company’s digital communications in line with the company’s policy aimed at the general public and travel agencies
Develop sales by proposing web channel business actions (product study/bench/commercial animation)
– Generate qualified traffic via our affiliate program (affiliate animation, results analysis, etc.)
– Google adwords performance improvement (word selection, text optimization, campaign monitoring, etc.)
– Implementation of SEO and networking strategy
– Direct management of other acquisition levers (retargeting, email sending, RTB..)
Electronic reputation management
Managing the social media action plan on the various social networks.
Web Analytics Reports: Analyze website traffic and performance indicators (audience, customer journey monitoring, ROI) and conclude recommendations for improvement.
Develop customer knowledge through analytics that allows for accurate and operational segmentation
Email: Define email business plan and manage email campaigns with the help of a graphic designer.
– Activate and manage one or more service providers (web agency / graphic designer …)
Participate in defining the advertising message and formulating summaries for service providers
– Negotiate and buy spaces online.
Online product placement, editorial updates and online content monitoring
– Competitive and technological watch guarantee,
2/ Communication: Assisting with off-line communications, whatever type of support or procedure.
Profile personly :
Tertiary Education: Bac + 3 to 5 with a web major, at least two years of successful experience in internet marketing, ideally in the sale of tourism products.
Your business sense, rigor, organization, strength of suggestion and interaction will be the keys to your success in this position.
Experience in e-marketing techniques
Knowledge of good customer relationship practices (sending mail, segmentation, hiring profiles, etc.).
Experience in community management
– Mastery of AdWords and Analytics
Very comfortable with numbers and excellent analytical skills
– Knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop, tracking tool and correspondence
French writing skills.
