A person who visualizes, produces and disseminates information to residents and employees, including managers, through the use of communication tools.

Must be in possession of a Diploma of Collective Studies (DEC) in Media Communication Technologies, or in Office Automation Technologies with a major in Mini Publishing and Hypermedia or in another appropriate university major from a school recognized by the relevant Ministry.

Work summary
Under the authority of the Head of Communications, Marketing, Digital and Development, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Communications team in the development and implementation of communications activities and projects.

Main job details (for information only)
Graphic productions:

  • Collaborates with communication consultants and other graphic arts technicians on the team to create and produce specific communication tools (print quotes, layout PPT presentations, etc.).

Digital Signage System Management (121 screens):

  • receives and processes requests to post content;
  • Coordinates display installation requests in cooperation with the external supplier and the respective internal departments (hardware and IT installations);
  • Supports the creation of broadcast visuals on screens;
  • It collects statistics for measurement purposes.

website:

  • Handles content update requests on CCSMTL extranet and websites in accordance with best practices.

Other tasks:

  • Managing corporate equipment loan requests for internal clients;
  • Coordinates deployment orders from MSSS with internal clients;
  • Assistance with events (eg logistics, photo taking, etc.).

Work requirements
Academic ID:

  • Must have a university diploma with a major in Communication, Marketing or any other related discipline from a school recognized by the relevant Ministry.

Other requirements:

  • The ability to understand and use the documents, management practices, procedures and standards applicable in the Communications and Marketing Department in the performance of its functions;
  • Knowledge of the following IT tools:
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image processing software (such as Photoshop)
  • Acrobat Reader Professional
  • Knowledge of the operation of audio-visual systems and tools;
  • web knowledge;
  • Ability and ease of use of computer software, applications and systems (CMS, social media);
  • Knowledge of photographic techniques and the ability to produce high quality photographs are an asset.

work experience :

  • At least three (3) years work experience in the field of communications.
