Your excellent knowledge of digital and traditional media will be researched and demonstrated on a daily basis. Your sense of organization and ability to manage several projects simultaneously will help you coordinate and implement sophisticated marketing activities. Your task:

  • Be a rigorous, organized and inspiring collaborator who will take campaigns and initiatives out of the ordinary.
  • Use tact and a sense of diplomacy to work with internal teams and all tourism industry partners.
  • Implement motivational initiatives and campaigns as a team, on all types of media and especially on digital media, which will make it possible to achieve the growth goals of the destination.

What will your weeks look like with us:

  • Plan and implement various marketing initiatives to promote Quebec City, within and outside Quebec markets
  • Carry out annual promotion work plan activities in accordance with the directions, budget and deadlines
  • Coordinating the activities of agencies within the framework of the campaigns under his responsibility and ensuring respect for the Bonjour Québec brand
  • Collaborate on content strategy across all platforms
  • Managing and coordinating marketing projects with various tourism industry partners (eg regional and sectoral tourism associations, aviation partners, etc.)
  • Measure and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives under his responsibility
  • Participate in the production of reports and campaign evaluations and ensure that results are published
  • Follow up on invoices and administrative tasks for each project according to the procedures followed
  • Work closely with the international marketing and representation team and tourism industry partners to ensure the marketing strategy is deployed
  • Responding to new requests for assistance to the organization

working conditions :

  • full-time day job; 37.5 hours/week

What sets you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing projects and large advertising campaigns
  • Experience in a marketing, media or promotional agency, a major asset
  • Excellent knowledge of digital media, an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in French and English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and budget and ensure deadlines are met
  • Relational skills to deal in a complex environment with multiple partners
  • Be a team player
  • Knowledge of Quebec tourism offer, an asset
