More specifically, but not limited to, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining the strategic vision of the organization.
  • Participate in the development of the strategic brand communication plan;
  • Advise the public administration and other actors on the strategies to be put forward in terms of communication in order to effectively reach the target customers;
  • Plan, organize, direct and control all operations;
  • Work closely with various departments and with external partners;
  • Ensure management of human resources through performance appraisal and disciplinary follow-up as needed;
  • In collaboration with the manager, plan and control the annual marketing budget and ensure that it is respected;
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, prepare reports and analyzes, make recommendations and present findings to stakeholders;
  • ensuring good marketing distribution (advertising, digital, events, commerce, etc.);
  • writing informational briefs and evaluating agency proposals;
  • Apply good project management practices (risk assessment, financial management, stakeholder management, etc.).

Required profile

  • Possess a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment;
  • Be independent and have an excellent sense of resourcefulness;
  • Enjoy teamwork and collaboration between colleagues.
