This is what we’re looking for:

Reporting to the Team Leader, and in coordination with the Content Strategist – Social Media, the position of Content and Social Media Manager is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and dissemination of content calendars for a wide range of clients operating in various industries. He/she works with the rest of the digital marketing team, and sometimes with other departments to contribute, through a creative approach, to the creation and publishing of content that targets clients’ business goals as well as those of LEEROY and its affiliates.

Your daily life will look like this:

  • Participate in the creation and implementation of content strategies relevant to each client;
  • Lead the implementation of content projects related primarily to social networks, but sometimes to blogs, web content and advertising content;
  • Conduct research and analyzes and participate in the preparation of presentations to clients (existing clients and presentations);
  • Create and/or supervise the creation of creative, innovative and results-oriented bilingual content for agency clients and manage the social media accounts entrusted to it: reflection, monitoring, calendaring, content creation, follow-up of interactions on pages, target tracking, recommendations, etc.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining and establishing collaborative relationships with freelancers, consultants and studios;
  • Participate in the creation of performance reports.
  • Sometimes, overseeing the production of graphic content, images and videos and ensuring that they meet the quality level required by the agency;
  • Be bold and innovative in the different content, approaches and tactics offered;
  • Continuously identifying and documenting industry best practices;
  • Actively participate in achieving client, management and agency goals.

Required baggage:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in social media/content management;
  • You have excellent knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Have a background in Marketing/Communication or a related field;
  • writing training, gors plus;
  • Fluency in French and English, both orally and in writing;
  • the ability to simultaneously manage several files as well as a large volume of output;
  • Be a team player with the ability to positively influence others;
  • You have a sense of organization and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate rigor, independence and resourcefulness;
  • be goal-oriented and have a good sense of priorities;
  • Ability to demonstrate ethics and integrity.
