Social Media Strategy :

  • Develop a social media content strategy that aims, among other things, to increase the engagement rate and the number of interactions on the ÉTS platforms.
  • Develop the editorial font, tone, and visual differences of the school’s social networks.
  • Work jointly with various team experts in implementing strategies.
  • Active participation in the creation of a committee of editors and internal content that unites partners.
  • Continuously monitor new trends and provide support for their application to teams as well as in implementing new internal processes.
  • Provide training to fellows from the Communications Service, Student Employment, Fellows in ÉTS, and the student community, as needed.

Content creation and performance monitoring:

  • Create original content for social media posts taking into account the community, activities, promotions and special events as well as advertisements from departments and partners. Work as a speaker with different audiences.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of published content as well as controlling the ÉTS brand image on social media.
  • In collaboration with the Community Manager, keep an eye on ÉTS’ social media.
  • Plan, monitor, measure, analyze and improve the performance of procedures.
  • Of course, the above list of tasks and responsibilities is brief and indicative, there will be stimulating projects and other group and individual tasks.

Do you have what it takes to take on the challenge:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, particularly in communications or marketing with a focus on digital media.
  • You have three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • A Fin.e strategist, you have an excellent understanding of social media and related media tools and good knowledge of the information technologies that support them.

  • You have great writing skills as well as a keen interest in the quality of your communications in French and English.
