Under the authority of the Head of Communications and Marketing and in collaboration with the consultants, you will develop, implement and measure activities related to the development of digital tools (website, intranet, digital display, social media, newsletter, etc.).

specific functions

  • Participate in defining and disseminating digital communications and marketing strategies across social media, websites, digital screens, intranet website and newsletter.
  • Develop, in collaboration with CIUSSS management, communication plans for internal and external communication activities or campaigns;
  • Website content management and ensuring continuous improvement: design, ergonomics, navigation selection, graphics, web writing, etc.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of the social media strategy by participating in the development and publication of content calendars. Activate, moderate and establish relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Create and manage recruitment or online outreach campaigns. Ensure follow-up (objectives, concepts, indicators and invoices) with the internal client.
  • Strategically monitor all CIUSSS communications related activities.
  • Submit performance reports and recommend changes to improve it;
  • Perform any other related task at the request of his immediate superior.

* Replacement of maternity leave for 12 months

Academic training and job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Communications, or an appropriate discipline;
  • Have 3 years of experience in a digital communications advisory role for a large organization to a large organization;
