Mon Chasseur Immo collects 10 million and wants to conquer Europe, funds growth

In real estate transactions, “buyers are often left behind and feel helpless. Everything still has to be done in terms of services, especially thanks to digital technology”, he notes Frederic Borelli. The latter founded, in 2012, Mon Chasseur Immo, a technology platform that improves searches and provides a range of associated services. To increase its presence in the territory and fund a marketing plan, proptech has announced a €10 million fundraising from IXO Private Equity, accompanied by Galia Gestion, Irdi Capital Investissement, Sofilaro and Business Angels, following its first fundraising in 2018.

“After the successful completion of the startup phase, we need to increase our notoriety,” he admits. Already present in the regions of Paris, Lyon and Nantes, as well as in several major southern cities, Mon Chasseur Immo intends to create about twenty medium-sized cities and spread out in neighboring European countries by 2025. The solution will also be enriched with applications based on artificial intelligence, for automated drafting of reports or trade assistance payments sent to agents to advise them according to the specific customer journey.

“Phygital” form

The proptech model is “phygital”: there are about 130 agents who support customers in this field but also provide them with video reports and dialogue through the app and organize video meetings via Whatsapp… “We target buyers who do not have enough time to carry out extensive research, sometimes it is far from Where to research or need advice, such as singles or first-time buyers,” adds the manager.

Leading contributor up to 30% highlights buyers’ interests: goods found on average in 45 days, less than three visits before purchase, acquisitions on average 6% lower to budget cap, electronic signature …

Frederic Borelli confirmed that Mon Chasseur Immo, conservative about its turnover, claims to be “profitable” and shows “30% growth in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the same period last year”. The company gets 3% of the value of the transactions once the notarial contract is signed and at a fixed price of at least 5,900 euros. It employs 30 people and expects to hire about fifteen this year.
