Within our dynamic team, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Consultant You will develop and implement B2B and B2C communication marketing strategies for the ELNA brand as well as for some of the brands in the acquired clinic group. He will be primarily responsible for the major rebranding initiative as well as advertising initiatives, primarily digital.

As a Marketing Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the (ongoing) national brand redesign project, including the brand transition architecture and strategy;
  • Recommend and lead the implementation of initiatives to increase interest and acquisition;
  • Be responsible for the integration of marketing and marketing of new clinics and services acquired;
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and projects that will deliver on the brand promise;
  • Design and manage advertising campaigns, both digital and traditional, in collaboration with agencies;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results and make changes to ensure goals are achieved;
  • Serving network clinics in relation to their communications and marketing needs;
  • Ensure compliance with marketing budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis for each initiative;
  • Preparing and analyzing performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness;
  • Provide monthly analysis of initiatives and performance to management;
  • Build relationships with internal and external teams to identify growth opportunities and provide support as needed;
  • Liaise with suppliers and assigned agencies;
  • Perform any other related tasks required.

Required profile:

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in similar positions;
  • Ideally: Experience in carrying out branded moisturizers;
  • Good knowledge of managing advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives, both B2C and B2B;
  • Good knowledge of internal and external marketing tools and strategies;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Must be able to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and partners;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Highly enthusiastic, independent and change-oriented;
  • University degree in a related discipline (communication, marketing) or a related field;
  • Creative with a high degree of integrity and independence;
  • Focus on good work and team spirit;
  • The ability to manage several projects at the same time;
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
  • perseverance, motivated and results-oriented;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Context and work environment
Our environment changes rapidly, and the ability to manage multiple projects and resources while working on a number of different tasks at the same time and meeting deadlines is essential. The candidate must be able to exercise good judgment under minimal supervision in accordance with current policies and best practices. Minimal travel may be required.

The position is permanent and full time to be filled as soon as possible. Salary is determined based on experience.
